| I just wanted to convey my thanks for the very prompt response to my email yesterday regarding us being sent the wrong cartridges for our franking machine. Within a matter of minutes from my email being sent, I received a call. She then arranged for the correct cartridges to be sent and we received these this morning – less than 24 hours from my original email. I am very grateful for this excellent customer service |
