Title
Link Mailing Systems Limited shall retain the title of all goods supplied until payment is received in full.
Delivery
Goods will normally be despatched either on the same day or within one working day depending on timing of order. Orders placed before 3:30 pm are normally despatched the same day.
We will normally deliver goods within one working day of despatch.
We will deliver goods to the address that you specify when you order and normally between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays.
You should tell us about any special delivery requirements or conditions when you place your order.
Delivery time or date is an estimate with the final drop undertaken by our courier. We will however seek to achieve delivery dates specified as far as it is within our power to do so.
We accept no liability for any loss damages or expenses arising from the late delivery of goods.
Please check your order on receipt of goods and notify us immediately should you find any discrepancies or damage
Cancellations Returns and Refunds
It may be possible to cancel your order before despatch if you notify us straight away at info@linkmailingsystems.com or call us on 01925 – 633885 during normal working hours 9:00 am – 5:00 pm Monday – Friday.
Orders cancelled after despatch must be returned using a reputable courier and within 7 days of cancellation complete with the original packaging. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage in transit.
The invoiced value of returned goods is immediately credited to your account upon satisfactory receipt of goods.
If a refund is agreed this will normally be processed at the end of the month of agreement resulting in an appropriate BACS payment.
Should your product prove in any way to be defective please return for an immediate and free of charge replacement or full reimbursement.
Payment
Card payments are processed immediately on receipt of your order and where goods are to be supplied these will normally be despatched either the same day or the next working day depending on timing of order.
Payment for goods supplied on credit is due in full thirty days from the date of invoice. Failure on the part of the buyer to make payment within the time stated will result in suspension of authority to purchase goods or services and action to recover the debt in full.
Value Added Tax
All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT at the current rate as specified by HMRC.
